Condition and further info
This is a prototype on display at the showroom. Minor dents, and damage is treated with a black stain and oil and remain visible. The assembly system works, yet not as smooth as the new final product.

About the design
The Galea Bibliothèque is influenced by modernist and brutalist architecture. Combining raw materiality with subdued forms. A mysterious geometric rhythm is created by the shadows casted by the wooden volumes​.
